THE POSITION
n
n
Assist with basic food preparation and presentation of food
n
High volume washing and sanitising of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen, dining and service areas, including deep cleaning duties
n
Receive, unpack and organise stock deliveries and supplies
n
Follow strict food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocols
n
Support chefs and the wider catering team as required
n

THE PERSON




n
n
Experience in a high-volume kitchen hand or hospitality environment
n
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
n
Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
n
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
n
Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
n
