The Role
n
As Curriculum Leader, you'll be the pedagogical guide of the service — supporting educators to deliver programs that honour every child's voice and potential.
n
n
Champion EYLF and Reggio Emilia-inspired practice.
n
Coach educators in planning cycles and documentation.
n
Ensure inspiring environments that reflect culture and community.
n
Facilitate professional development and critical reflection.Partner with families and community to extend learning.
n
Support quality improvement and assessment & rating readiness.
n

What you'll bring
n
We're seeking a leader who thrives on collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement. You'll bring expertise in curriculum and a passion for helping educators grow.
n
n
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or Diploma (ACECQA recognised).
n
At least 2 years' experience in a Lead Educator or curriculum leadership role.
n
In-depth knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based learning.
n
Strong coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice skills.
n
Knowledge of Reggio Emilia philosophy and pedagogical documentation.
n
WWCC and First Aid.
n
Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment
