Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Underground mining has occurred since late **** to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and operating major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has achieved its ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. Job Description
n
This position is responsible for contributing to the achievement of operational and strategic targets through the provision of a comprehensive maintenance planning service that ensures the integrity of plant & equipment. This position is a full-time site-based role on an 8 and 6 roster.
n
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
n
n
Enhance the capability of the company to consistently achieve production targets in alignment with legislative requirements by diligently applying and imparting knowledge & skills to maintenance personnel and contractors.
n
Develop detailed maintenance plans for fixed plant assets including crushing, grinding, CIL, thickening, tailings, and associated NPI.
n
Ensure planned work is prioritised according to equipment criticality, risk, production requirements and available resources.
n
Achieve operational and strategic objectives of the business by developing appropriate schedules of work and activities using designated maintenance management systems to ensure reliable serviceability of plant and equipment.
n
Achieve optimal serviceability of plant and equipment by implementing appropriate condition monitoring systems to monitor asset condition and identify emerging defects, ensuring reliable operation in the most economical manner.
n
Enhance departmental capability to achieve targets by developing effective working relationships with key Operations and Maintenance personnel to better understand and plan for required work, budget needs and labour requirements.
n
Identify and plan required spare parts, consumables, specialist tools, equipment and external services.
n
Secure the integrity of maintenance plans by developing strong networks with Purchasing and Supply personnel to ensure the timely availability of parts and equipment as planned.
n
Ensure planned shutdowns are delivered in accordance with approved plans through the application of technical knowledge, skills and experience to develop robust, clearly defined schedules achievable within budgeted timeframes.

Ensure sustainable and compliant operations by maintaining statutory registers and logbooks for registerable plant and equipment, ensuring records are accurate, current and auditable

Desired Skills and Experience

Key
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
n
n
Experience in mining operations, with an understanding of processing technologies and equipment.
n
Proven experience in maintenance planning within a fixed plant processing environment (gold processing preferred).
n
Strong understanding of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
n
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment manuals, BOMs and technical documentation.
n
Strong working knowledge of PRONTO Xi or similar CMMS.
n
Advanced proficiency in relevant software applications, with high level expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, as well as experience with Maintenance Management Systems.
n
Commitment to safe systems of work and risk-based planning.
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
