As a Supervisor, you'll take ownership of site-based operations, leading from the front to ensure quality builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
n
Manage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first culture
n
Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
n
Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
n
Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
n
Report to senior management on progress, risks,



and variations
n
Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required
n
Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
n

Ideal Experience:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor delivering domestic projects to completion
n
Building work contractor's licenceis essential
n
Knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
n
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
n
Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities while maintaining quality and control
n
n
