You will work autonomously across Brisbane, delivering contemporary, evidence-based rehabilitation in patients' homes using digital health tools while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
You will assess and deliver personalised rehabilitation plans for orthopaedic recovery, support early discharge and drive outcomes through patient-centred care.
