Autism Intuition Disability Support Services in Queensland seeks a capable Support Coordinator to join a small, neuro-affirming team.
You will help participants understand their NDIS plans, coordinate formal and community supports, and build solid relationships with participants and families.
We welcome those from disability, community services, case management or similar backgrounds who have transferable skills and are eager to learn.
