The Opportunity

Managerto lead our software engineering capability.

Reporting to the Head of Engineering,you willlbe responsible forbuilding and developing a high-performing engineering team while providing technical leadership across software delivery, cloud platforms, reliability
engineering,securityand
operational excellence.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people leadership,
technologyleadershipand
delivery accountability. You will work closely with Product, Data,
TechnologyOperationsand
business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology outcomes while continuing to mature engineering practices across the organisation.

About You:
n
Solid experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, Site
ReliabilityEngineeringor
related disciplines
n
Proven experience leading software engineering teams
n
Strong background in modern software architecture and engineering practices
n
Experience delivering scalable,secureand reliable software platforms
n
Strong understanding of cloud platforms and up-to-date software delivery approaches
n
Experience with automation, CI/CDand engineering productivity improvements
n
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and develop engineers
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
n
Highly Desirable
n
Experience leading engineering teams through periods of growth and transformation
n
Experience with cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-codeand modern platform engineering approaches
