Job Details Fantastic full-time position with Global Healthcare Company; Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm rotation; 1 occasional weekend shift on rotation (paid overtime); Hybrid model - 2 days in office after training; and Hawthorn location - easy access by train, tram and local parking. Becoming a part of this fabulous team within this Global organisation, you will play a vital role in assisting healthcare providers by logging
technical/equipment
issues or concerns, as well as scheduling technicians.

Taking inbound calls from healthcare providers
n
Investigating and resolving technical problems
n
Logging jobs into the database
n
Triaging and escalating jobs to remote technical support
n
Planning scheduling of urgent and non-urgent services
n
Planning scheduling of system sales upgrades and factory updates
n
Managing confirmation of planned preventative maintenance
n




Creating service quotes for work outside of contract scope
n
Keeping customers updated each step of the way
n
Managing a shared service mailbox
n
Permanent working rights
n
Experience taking inbound calls and trouble shooting
n
Experience scheduling technicians
n
Friendly, qualified and positive communication
n
Experience using CRM databases
n
