The Enterprise Resilience teams acts as a Centre of Excellence and is responsible for building enterprise resilience capability across ASX, ensuring critical operations and services are identified, tested, and protected in line with regulatory expectations. This team is currently designing, building and implementing the Critical Operations Framework, working closely with lines of business, technology, operations, and risk teams to embed consistent resilience practices and data-driven insights across the organization.

Your responsibilities
n
n
Lead the ongoing uplift of ASX's enterprise resilience capability across business resilience, operational resilience and crisis management.
n
Maintain and enhance resilience frameworks, standards, methodologies and governance to support consistent enterprise application.
n
Oversee and manage identification of critical operations,
impact tolerances, key risks and resilience priorities across the enterprise.
n
Lead dependency mapping across critical business operations and resilience domains, including business operations, technology, IT service management, cyber, data, facilities and third parties.
n
Support resilience scenario testing, crisis exercises and associated remediation to strengthen preparedness and recovery capability.
n
Partner with business, operations, technology, risk and other enterprise functions to embed resilience requirements into business practices and change initiatives.
n
Prepare high-quality papers, reporting and insights for senior management and governance forums, including Management Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee materials.
n
Drive regulatory responses, reviews and ongoing compliance with CPS 230, ASIC market integrity requirements and relevant RBA Financial Stability Standards.

Your experience and qualifications
n
n
Must have: 15+ years' experience in operational resilience, business continuity or operational risk in a financial-services or market-infrastructure environment.
n
Solid understanding of Critical Operations under CPS 230 and / or Critical Services under ASIC MIRs, and RBA FSS.
n
Proven experience designing, building and maintaining criticality frameworks or other enterprise-level frameworks, standards, or governance models.
n
Knowledge of process mapping and dependency modelling tools (ServiceNow, Signavio, or equivalent).
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across executive, technology, and risk domains.
n
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, risk management, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

Experience working within or alongside financial market infrastructure (exchange, clearing house, or CCP).
n
Familiarity with resilience testing, scenario analysis, and impact-tolerance setting.
n
Exposure to data architecture or configuration of ServiceNow resilience modules.
n
Industry certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, ISO ***** Lead Implementer, or similar.
