The Canning Vale Recycling Facility, one of the most significant recycling and resource recovery hubs in Western Australia. The site incorporates a Material Recovery Facility (MRF), FOGO (Food Organics and Garden Organics), and Green Waste operations. We are seeking a skilledManagement Accountantto support our operations team with high-quality financial management and analysis.

About the role
n
Prepare weekly and monthly site financial reports and variance analyses.
n
Ensure all revenue and costs are accurately recognised and allocated.
n
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
n
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure tracking.
n
Analyse weighbridge data and mass balance variances.
n
Assist with customer performance reviews and offer modelling.
n
Prepare gate fee rise-and-fall calculations in line with the agreed schedule.
n
Support business improvement projects and BI-based reporting initiatives.
n
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to deliver timely, accurate insights.
n
Maintain a high standard of compliance and data integrity in all reporting.
n
About you
n
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
n
CA or CPA qualification.
n
Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting or financial analysis.
n
Experience in a manufacturing, waste, container deposit scheme or industrial setting (advantageous).
n
Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
n
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
n
Experience in contract interpretation and management.
n
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
n
Commitment to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
n
High standard of professional integrity and accountability.
n
Strong commitment to safety and compliance in all work practices.
