Whether you are already leading crews or you are an experienced landscaper ready for

your first leadership role, this is a genuine hands-on leadership position. You'll lead
n
by example, working alongside your team to deliver outstanding residential
n
landscaping projects. We know some of the best leaders simply haven't been given
n

step of the way.

We're looking for someone who is just as comfortable talking with clients as they are
n
operating machinery, building retaining walls or moving materials on site. You'll be
n
trusted to:
n
Lead small landscaping crews + Mentor and support team members
n
Plan daily work and coordinate jobs efficiently
n
Deliver exceptional workmanship
n
Communicate professionally with clients
n
Solve problems on site + maintain safety and quality standards
n
Help improve systems and workflow as the business grows
n
Typical Projects Include
n
n
Structural landscaping, retaining walls and Garden construction
n
Planting and mulching, Soil preparation & Turf preparation and installation
n
Paving and edging, Landscape construction & Drainage systems
n
Machinery operation & Residential property improvements
n
n

$95,000–$110,000 + Super , depending on experience
n

The Person We're Looking For
n
You will lead by example, own your work, communicate confidently, support
n
teammates, solve problems proactively, and deliver quality finishes.
n
You'll ideally have experience in:
n
n
Previous landscaping, construction, civil or outdoor labouring experience
n
Leadership or Leading Hand experience (preferred)
n
Reliable transport and a current Driver Licence
n
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
n
Experience in structural landscaping, retaining walls, paving, drainage, turf, machinery operation or residential construction will be highly regarded.
n
