Amazon is seeking Process Assistants to support Middle Mile operations by managing labor, leading meetings and directing daily tasks while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key duties include maintaining safety SOPs, supervising associates, tracking workflows and providing shift information to front-line management to drive operational excellence across shifts.
The role requires flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays.
