Essential Qualifications & Skills

Relevant Qualifications: Cert IV TAE,
n
Licence or Cert in operating equipment such as UG loader, UG Trucks, UG IT
n
Current Dangerous Goods Licence
n
Certificate in Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Testing Atmospheres
n
Solid understanding of VET (Vocational Education and training) systems, framework & statutory requirements
n

Duties & Responsibilities
n
n
Assist in development, implementation, coordination and delivery of training framework & analysis
n
Coordinate all training activities
n
Develop annual training calendar and action plan
n
Process, verify and maintain employee training and development related documents and database
n
Develop, review and ensure that all training is developed and delivered in accordance with national standards
n
