Job Description
AustralianSuper is seeking a Senior Member Resolution Officer - Administration in Melbourne to lead complex complaint investigations and support a team of Member Resolution Officers.
You will drive timely, fair outcomes, coach peers, and collaborate across the Fund to enhance member experiences and governance.
Ideal candidates will have extensive dispute resolution experience, robust communication, and RG146 or equivalent risk-management qualifications, with a focus on risk and compliance in
