Place Woolloongabba, a leader in Brisbane's real estate sector, is seeking a proactive and ambitious Junior or Assistant Property Manager to join our award-winning team.

Day in the life:
n
n
Manage a small portfolio of residential properties withexistingstrong landlord relationships.
n
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and
contractorsregardinginspections,
maintenance, and property updates. Conducting routine inspections asrequired.
n
Assistingwith maintenance coordination and compliance requirements
n
Supporting rental arrears management,



including arrears follow-ups and documentation.
n
Providing administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage asrequired.
n
Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
n
n
What you will bring to the table:
n
n
At least 12 months'
experienceinLeasing,
Property Management or even
Administrationwithin
the Real Estate industry.
n
A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
n
Agenuine desire to build a career in Property Management.
n
Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
n
A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
n
