Job Description
Phillip Island Winery is seeking an experienced Trade Waiter to join our front-of-house team in Ventnor, Victoria. You'll welcome guests, explain the menu, and recommend wines to accompany meals, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for a seamless dining experience.

The ideal candidate has hospitality service experience, solid customer service and wine knowledge, and excellent communication skills. An AQF Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent, or substantial Australian work
