Job Description
Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a Senior AML/CTF Compliance Officer to lead and enhance the Group's AML/CTF program across gaming venues. You will manage a team of AML/CTF analysts and partner with executives, regulators and venue teams to embed robust controls.

Reporting to the CFO, the role focuses on AUSTRAC compliance, CDD and TMP enhancements, with opportunities to broaden risk and governance exposure in a growing hospitality group.
