Job Description
EVT Limited in Sydney is seeking a Bar Manager for Harper Rooftop to lead the bartending and floor service teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue within a 200-capacity rooftop venue.
n
You will manage labour costs, beverage inventory, stock control and margins while upholding RSA, WHS, and licensing requirements, and you will report to the Venues Manager and Director of Restaurants & Bars.
