Job Description
We are urgently seeking a factory labourer to assist in the fabrication of aluminum sections for doors and windows. We are seeking factory labourers to commence as soon as possible with a highly reputable aluminium extrusion business based in Loganlea.

About the role
n
You'll perform tasks such as:
n
n
Clean and prepare steel extrusion dies using caustic baths.
n
Safe handle and store caustic acid.
n
Move dies using cranes, hoists and electric pallet jacks.
n
Operate hand and power tools.
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
n
The roster
n
n
Day shifts 5am – 1pm
n
Afternoon shifts 1pm – 9pm
n
Night shifts 9pm – 5am
n
n
Rotational Roster — availability required Monday to Friday.

Key skills
n To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
n
n
Previous labouring experience, ideally in a factory environment.
n
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
n




Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks (training will be provided).
n
A willingness to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
n
Current forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
n
Availability to work day, afternoon and night shifts rostered Monday to Friday.
n
Own transport and current driver's licence due to shift requirements.
n
