The Opportunity

Reporting into the national leadership team, you will beresponsible for driving new business growth across Current South Wales through aproject-driven sales approach.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Identify,develop, and secure new business opportunities across
commercial,government,
and infrastructure projects
n
Buildand maintain relationships with architects, consultants,
developers,builders,
local councils, government agencies, and end users
n
Drivespecification activity and engage stakeholders early in the design phase
n
Conductclient presentations, site visits, and solution-based consultations
n
Preparequotations, proposals, tender responses, and project submissions
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven trackrecord of winning new business and developing project-based
opportunitieswithin
the construction, building products, electrical, security, automation,access control, or infrastructure sectors.
n
Preferred Experience
n
n




3+years' experience in Business Development
n
Strongexperience hunting and securing new business opportunities
n
Provenproject sales experience within commercial or government environments
n
Experienceselling solutions through architect, consultant, builder, or
specificationchannels
n
Experienceworking on long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
n
Abilityto manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Experienceselling access automation, gate automation, access control, security,building products, electrical products, or related technical solutions
n
Existingrelationships
with architects, consultants, government agencies,
builders,developers,
or major contractors
n
Exposureto infrastructure, transport, healthcare, education, or government-fundedprojects
n
Experienceinfluencing
specifications and project design decisions
