What you'll be doing
n
n
Completing the O'Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Technician Skills Development Program
n
Learning to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
n
Performing ADAS windscreen re‐calibrations
n
Carrying out glass chip repairs
n
Delivering excellent customer service
n
Representing the O'Brien® brand with professionalism and reliability
n
Promoting and selling vehicle accessory products to customers as part of your service offering
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
n
Manual driver's licence (highly regarded)
n
Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
n
Must be comfortable selling vehicle accessory products
n
Strong work ethic and desire for a long‐term trade career
n
Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products
n
Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
n
Strong organisational and time‐management skills
n
Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
