Senior Property Manager | Inner North | $85K + Super + Commissions
n An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-structured and growing residential property management team in Melbourne's inner north.
n This role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio capped at 175 properties, with strong administrative and leasing support, flexible working arrangements and an attractive commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Managing a residential portfolio of up to 175 properties
n
Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
n




Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
n
Coordinating leasing, maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
n
Managing compliance and general portfolio administration
n
Maintaining accurate records and CRM activity
n
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
n
Working closely with administration and leasing support
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n

Previous residential Property Management experience
n
Strong end-to-end Property Management knowledge
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Confident managing a portfolio independently
n
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
Strong customer service skills
n
Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment
n
