Job Description
This is a highly autonomous role where you'll lead projects from problem definition through to production, partnering directly with customers and owning key architectural decisions.
You'll stay hands-on while influencing technical direction across multiple engagements.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI projects
Design scalable architectures and make key technical decisions
Build production-grade LLM and AI-powered applications
Develop agent workflows, tool integrations, and evaluation frameworks
Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices
Work directly with enterprise stakeholders
Solve complex problems using Python and modern AI technologies
About you
Robust Python software engineering
Proven examples of building and deploying GenAI, LLM, RAG or Agentic AI solutions
Proven architecture and system design capability
Strong production mindset around reliability, testing and scalability
Comfortable engaging with customers and senior stakeholders
