Our Exceeding-rated, award-winning early learning service in the Sutherland Shire is seeking a passionate Diploma or Cert III Educator to join our preschool team.

Supportive, close-knit team Work alongside a friendly team of four dedicated educators in our preschool room.
Above award wages, up to $40 per hour We recognise and reward the expertise you bring.
Small group, high-quality care Just 15 children in the preschool room, with above-ratio staffing.
We're looking for a fourth educator to further strengthen our program.
Paid programming time Receive 3 hours per week for documentation, programming and critical reflection.
Play-based approach with a focus on risky play We encourage hands‐on learning that builds confidence, resilience and independence.
Beautiful natural environments Enjoy two thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces for exploration and discovery.
Ongoing career growth Access professional development and continued support to help you progress.
What We're Looking For
Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator with at least 1 year of experience
Strong documentation and programming skills Confident with critical reflection and contributing to high-quality programs.




A collaborative team player Values building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
A proactive, creative educator Passionate about play-based learning and bringing new ideas to the team.
