Job Description
Dry Age Biltong in Woodvale seeks a senior butcher to lead cutting and preparation, manage stock, and support busy shop periods.
You will break down primal cuts, label and pack, and ensure shelves and cabinets are kept well stocked.
Applicants should have at least five years in butchery, strong inventory skills, a current driver's licence, a food safety certificate, and full Australian working rights.
A HACCP background is a bonus.
This is a salaried, full time role with a path to management.
