This role will exercise bothinitiative and judgment in the application of Agency frameworks andoperationsmanagementpractices and procedures to provide relevanttechnical,skilled,and/or policy advice in relation to complex problems.
TheObservabilitySystemAdministrator will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and will beresponsible for working with key internal and external stakeholders tounderstand, negotiate and resolve complex, difficult or sensitive issues.
Foster collaboration and close operational gaps between external serviceproviders and internal service providers to ensure cohesiveobservabilitycoverageand improved service outcomes.
