Personalised Support Services (PSS) is seeking a highly relationship-driven Partnerships & Growth Manager to expand PSS's presence across NDIS, Aged Care and community sectors in Melbourne and surrounding regions.
You will establish, nurture and grow long-term partnerships with not-for-profits, NGOs, health and government networks to create value for participants and communities, translating relationships into referrals and sustainable growth.
