About the role
n
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales and Service Repair coordinator to join our Kilsyth Melbourne Branch. This is a varied role combining customer service, internal sales and service repair coordination, working closely with customers, technicians, sales and warehouse teams.
n
Key Duties:
n
n
Manage customer enquiries, orders and service/repair bookings.
n
Prepare and follow up sales and service repair quotes
n
Coordinate reports for jobs, parts, technicians and customers updates
n
Process work orders, invoices, warranty claims and service paperwork
n
Support the sales and service teams to deliver a high level of customer service
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Previous experience in internal sales,



customer service coordination and or administration.
n
Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
Technical, mechanical, hydraulic or industrial environment experience is highly desirable
n
Proactive, reliable and customer-focused and have a positive attitude
n
