Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major construction management transformation program. You'll work across several projects and workstreams, reviewing current plans, identifying gaps and challenging timelines where needed. A key part of the role will be bringing everything together into one explicit and realistic program roadmap that gives the business better visibility of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project and work stream plans for quality, completeness and delivery readiness.
n
Develop and maintain an integrated program schedule and master roadmap.
n
Identify critical milestones, dependencies, resource constraints and schedule risks.
n
Facilitate planning workshops with Project Managers, workstream leads and business stakeholders.
n
Challenge unrealistic dates, unclear ownership and conflicting priorities.
n
Monitor project health, risks, issues, assumptions and delivery performance.
n
Produce clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks and key decisions.
n
Establish governance and controls to maintain the accuracy of the integrated schedule.
n
Present delivery insights and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
n
Support continuous improvement across project delivery practices and frameworks.
n

About You:
n
n
Strong experience leading complex business or technology transformation projects.
n




Proven experience consolidating multiple project plans into an integrated program road map.
n
Excellent project planning, scheduling and delivery assurance capability.
n
Strong understanding of critical paths, dependencies, risks and change control.
n
Experience coordinating multiple interconnected workstreams with competing priorities.
n
Confident facilitating workshops and challenging delivery assumptions.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
n
Excellent executive reporting and presentation capability.
n
Comfortable entering a complex environment and quickly creating clarity and structure.
n
Able to work autonomously and deliver outcomes within tight time frames.

Highly Regarded:
n
n
Experience across construction, property, ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or an equivalent planning tool.
n
Formal qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP.
n
Experience managing project budgets, vendors and commercial relationships.
n
n
