About the Role
n
We are seeking a highly relationship-driven Partnerships & Growth Manager to strengthen PSS's presence across the NDIS, Aged Care and broader community sectors.
n
We believe successful partnerships are always a 2-way street. You will be responsible for establishing, nurturing and growing long-term relationships that create value for PSS, our partners and most importantly, the communities we support.
n
You will build relationships across not-for-profits (NFPs), NGOs, community organisations, health and allied health providers, support coordinators, government and council networks, cultural organisations, advocacy groups and other sector partners.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Establish, nurture and grow strong, long-term partnerships and referral networks across the NDIS, aged care and community sectors
n
Develop 2-way partnerships, identifying opportunities where PSS and partner organisations can mutually support each other's participants,



clients, programs and communities
n
Build trusted relationships with NFPs, NGOs, community groups, health professionals, allied health providers, councils, cultural organisations and other key stakeholders
n
Develop and implement strategies to increase participant referrals, service opportunities and sustainable organisational growth
n
Identify opportunities for joint initiatives, collaborative programs, community partnerships, sponsorships and cross-referral arrangements
n
Organise and participate in community events, networking events, social events, information sessions, workshops, expos and stakeholder engagement activities
n
Maintain an active presence in the community by regularly meeting, networking and socialising with existing and prospective partners
n
Identify new services, programs and partnership opportunities based on emerging community needs and industry trends
n
Assist with tenders, grants, partnership proposals and other strategic growth opportunities.
n
Work closely with PSS operational teams to ensure recent referrals and partnerships translate into high-quality, sustainable services
n
Represent PSS professionally and positively across industry forums,



community events and external meetings

About You
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
Strong relationship-building, communication and networking skills
n
Experience within the NDIS, aged care or related sectors
n
An existing industry or community network will be highly regarded
n
Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships and convert relationships into genuine referral and growth opportunities
n
A collaborative mindset and understanding that strong partnerships must provide value to both organisations
n
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, community leaders, professionals, participants and families
n
A natural ability to network, attend events and develop rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
n
Solid initiative, commercial awareness and an ability to identify opportunities others may overlook
n
Excellent organisation and follow-through, with the ability to maintain and nurture relationships over the long term
n
A genuine passion for community connection and creating better outcomes for participants
n
