An exciting chance exists for a Cross-Border Transportation Specialist to join a global e-commerce and supply chain organisation supporting international freight operations across the APAC region.
n
Reporting to the APAC Logistics Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating cross-border cargo movements, managing stakeholder communications, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement across inbound logistics processes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate end-to-end shipment management for air and ocean import freight movements into APAC
n
Manage daily communications with logistics providers and internal stakeholders
n
Investigate shipment issues and manage operational escalations
n
Produce operational reports, performance metrics and shipment updates
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
n
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
n
Ensure compliance with established cross-border logistics processes
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, operations,



or a related field
n
Understanding of international freight movements across air and ocean transport modes
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
n
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
Experience using reporting tools, operational systems, or data analysis tools is advantageous
n
Exposure to continuous improvement or Lean methodologies is desirable
n
