Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with key account partners
n
Support new partner discussions, proposals and onboarding
n
Coordinate store launches, promotions and marketing campaigns with partners
n
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and order growth
n
Prepare regular performance reports and updates for partners
n
Work with internal Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech and Finance teams to resolve partner requests and support projects
n
Maintain accurate account information and follow up on ongoing actions
n
Support the team in developing new national and local partnership opportunities
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships or a similar client-facing role
n




Experience in food delivery, hospitality, e-commerce or technology is preferred
n
Good communication and relationship management skills
n
Comfortable working with data and preparing basic performance reports
n
Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks at the same time
n
Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently
n
Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, as the role involves communication with both external partners and internal teams
n
Valuable understanding of Australian business culture and professional communication
