How you'll be making an impact in people's lives:

Conduct initial assessments and identify RTW barriers and
design/implement/monitor
programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce
n
Undertaking assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
n
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
n
Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
n
Develop and implement strategies to progress files and achieve RTW benchmarks with minimum case costs
n
Designing, implementing and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
n
n
What you'll bring to the role
n
n
Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Physiotherapy
n
Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong interpersonal skills
n
Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
n
A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
n
n
