We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity to work onhigh-profile landscape and civil construction projects while building yourcareer with a well-established and growing business.

About the Role
n
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeingthe day-to-day delivery of landscape and civil construction projects, ensuringwork is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Youwill lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and play a key role indelivering successful project outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations on large-scale landscape and civil projects.
n
Interpret construction drawings, survey information and project specifications.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site resources.
n
Monitor project progress and assist with planning and scheduling.
n
Ensure compliance with quality standards, including ITPs and inspections.
n
Maintain a solid focus on workplace health, safety and environmental compliance.
n
Assist with cost control and efficient resource management.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreperson or similar leadership role.
n
Experience delivering large-scale civil and/or landscape construction projects.
n
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, survey set out and project planning.
n
Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
n
A commitment to safety, quality and delivering projects on time.
n
Landscape trade qualifications (preferred).
n
Experience across both the civil and landscape sectors will be highly regarded.
n
Relevant machinery tickets or licences are advantageous.
n
