About The Opportunity
n
The primary purpose of this position is to safely deliver high-quality timber windows and doors to customers throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, with occasional deliveries to regional NSW.
n
Working from prepared delivery runs, you will operate a flatbed truck independently while ensuring products are handled carefully and customers receive professional and courteous service.
n
Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering timber windows and doors throughout Sydney metro areas
n
Completing occasional deliveries to regional and country NSW
n




Safely transporting products using a flatbed delivery truck
n
Handling windows and doors carefully to prevent damage in transit
n
Contacting customers approximately one hour prior to arrival
n
Providing courteous and professional service at customer sites
n
Following prepared delivery schedules and completing runs independently
n
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
Previous delivery driving experience or experience in a similar role
n
A Class C driver's licence to operate the required flatbed truck
n
A good driving record with no previous drink driving or drug convictionsAbility to work independently and responsibly throughout the day
n
Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous manner
n
A high level of care when handling and transporting quality products
n
Reliable, presentable and customer-focused approach to work
n
