Job Description
Catholic Healthcare Limited seeks a Residential Aged Care Manager to lead Holy Cross Kincumber, a current 102-bed home on the Central Coast. You'll be responsible for operational performance, financial sustainability and clinical governance, ensuring excellent resident experiences and workforce engagement.

You'll report to regional leadership and oversee a team of Clinical Managers, Hospitality Manager, Home Administrator and more, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
