Job Description

Manage day-to-day delivery workflow across support, projects, and sprints.
n
Maintain accurate boards, priorities, and timelines within Productive.
n
Coordinate daily stand-ups, weekly WIPs, and sprint planning sessions with the squad and client.
n
Track all tasks through to QA and deployment.
n
Flag risks early, recommend solutions, and keep sprints on track.
n
Serve as the day-to-day client contact for delivery items, scheduling, QA updates, and smaller task queries.
n
Support the Delivery Manager with timelines, budgets, client communications, budget reports, prepaid usage, and monthly invoicing readiness.
n
Keep clients informed with status reports, testing notes, and clear expectations.
n
Coordinate feedback rounds, testing phases, and post-launch actions.
n
Oversee QA for deliverables before deployment across all channels.
n
Ensure tasks meet acceptance criteria, design integrity, and Shopify best practices.
n
Manage bug tracking, internal UAT coordination, and final deployment checklists.
n
Support the Technical Lead and developers with test cases and feedback loops.
n
Monitor task estimates and actuals within Productive.
n
Review weekly time entries for accuracy and profitability.
n
Act as the operational right hand to the Delivery Manager.
n
Ensure developers and technical leads are clear on priorities and deadlines.
n
Support team check-ins, retros, and culture initiatives.
n
Uphold DotCollective's "no surprises" culture through early, frequent, and clear communication.

Requirements
n
n




Experience in delivery coordination, project support, or account operations within a digital or Shopify agency.
n
A solid understanding of eCommerce and the Shopify ecosystem.
n
Experience managing tickets, QA, and sprint workflows across Productive.
n
Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with clients and technical teams.
n
Impeccable organisation and attention to detail, the person everyone trusts to "keep things moving."
n
A growth mindset and eager to develop toward a future Delivery Manager role.
