Retail Store Manager at Brothers Grocery & Meats, a well-established retail grocery and meat store located in Rothwell, Queensland. You will lead store operations and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the grocery and meat retail store
n
Plan and oversee stock purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships
n
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
n
Recruit, train, supervise, and manage store employees
n
Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
n
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints
n
Develop and implement promotional and merchandising activities
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and retail regulations
n
Monitor store budgets, expenses, and financial performance
n
Analyse sales reports and market trends to support business growth

About you

Relevant qualification in business, retail management, or a related field; and/or at least one year of relevant experience in retail management
n
Strong leadership and team management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
Sound understanding of retail operations, stock control, and budgeting
n
Ability to work independently and meet business objectives
n

Competitive salary package of $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
