Job Description

Lead prioritisation, governance and delivery oversight of a portfolio of strategic initiatives supporting nbn's Field Strategy and corporate objectives
n
Work with Executive General Managers, General Managers and Sponsors to translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps
n
Align stakeholders on priorities and establish governance frameworks
n
Ensure programs and projects meet agreed timelines, perks and investment outcomes
n
Partner with Project Managers, Business Delivery Owners and Technology Delivery Owners to clarify objectives, success measures and delivery expectations
n
Proactively manage portfolio risks, dependencies and opportunities
n
Advise senior leaders through strategic insights, portfolio performance reporting and evidence-based recommendations
n
Contribute to executive-level communications and presentations about transformation across Field Services
n
Ensure investment decisions align with business strategy, customer outcomes and sustainable value creation
n

Requirements

Extensive experience overseeing large-scale transformation, business improvement or technology-enabled programs within complex organisations
n
Strong foundation in portfolio, program and project management
n
Strategic mindset and ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term business outcomes
n
Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions

Ability to align diverse teams and foster a shared sense of purpose
n
Clear and confident communication skills, including tailoring complex information into compelling insights for executive leaders
