Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Underground mining has occurred since late **** to establish multiple mining fronts that de-risks production with exploration in progress to expand the current high-grade resource.

The Bellevue Gold Mine is located approximately 30km north of Leinster township and sits in a major gold, lithium and nickel producing district. The Company has a highly skilled management team with a track record of exploration success and operating major gold mines.

Bellevue Gold has achieved its ambitious goal of net zero greenhouse gas emissions for the Bellevue Gold Project. Job Description
n
The focus of this role is to understand the geological properties of Bellevue Gold Mine and to provide effective geological information,
interpretation and advice while leading the UG Mine Geologists.
n This position is offered on a full-time basis, working 12 hours per day on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster at our Bellevue Gold Project outside of Leinster WA.
n Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
n

Provide supervision and safety leadership to the geological team (geologists, field assistants, consultants and contractors)
n
Drive ongoing development of mine geological models and interpretations to enable efficient recovery of the ore body.
n
Governance of mine production and reconciliation systems.
n
Governance of geological data collection through drilling and mapping systems.
n
Identify business improvement opportunities to add value to Bellevue Gold Operations.
n
Coaching/mentoring of junior geologists and technician team.
n
Supervise the monitoring of QA/QC procedures, lab reporting and maintenance of project datasets to an acceptable standard.
n
Engage key stakeholders in underground and open pit operations to ensure operational excellence.
n
Contractor management of underground drill company, ensuring delivery of business requirements and the safe production.
n
Prepare and present regular reports documenting mine production,
reconciliation performance, and drill results.
n
Identify growth opportunities and design drill programs for execution.
n

Desired Skills and Experience
n
Key
Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:
n
n
Tertiary Qualification in geology
n
5 + years' experience in a similar role
n
Completed the Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
n
Understanding of general mining operations
n
Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements
n
Gold experience highly desirable
n
Well-developed communication and literacy skills
n
Ability to work autonomously with well-developed time management skills
n
Proficient in technical writing, reporting and communicating of technical data to the relevant Government authorities and
investors/shareholders
as required
n
Demonstrated leadership skills; inclusive of training and retention of technical and field staff and consultant
