About the role

Clements International is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Licensed Estate Agent who wants to build their own real estate business within an established boutique agency.
n
This opportunity is designed for an experienced property professional who can operate independently, generate and manage their own client relationships and take responsibility for building their business, while having the brand, infrastructure, systems and senior support of Clements International around them.
n
Our primary markets are Melbourne's premium inner and inner south-eastern suburbs, particularly the Cities of Stonnington, Boroondara and Yarra.
n
We are particularly interested in agents with established experience, relationships or a database in areas including Toorak, South Yarra, Armadale, Malvern, Glen Iris, Hawthorn, Kew, Camberwell, Canterbury and Richmond.
n
Experience and networks extending into the Mornington Peninsula, including Mount Eliza, Mornington, Sorrento and Portsea, or premium markets along the Great Ocean Road corridor, would also be highly relevant.
n
This is not a heavily supervised sales role. It is an opportunity for an established agent who wants greater independence and the ability to build their own business within a business.

Key responsibilities
n
Generate and develop new listing opportunities and long-term client relationships
n
Prospect within your established market, database and referral networks
n
Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
n
Manage residential sales campaigns from appointment through to settlement
n
Advise vendors on pricing, presentation, marketing and method of sale
n
Manage buyer enquiry, follow‐up and negotiation throughout campaigns
n
Maintain strong and consistent communication with vendors and prospective buyers
n
Build and maintain your personal database, profile and referral network
n




Develop market presence within Clements International's core service areas
n
Work collaboratively with the Director and wider Clements International team
n
Maintain high professional, compliance and client service standards
n
About you
n
You are already an experienced residential real estate professional and are looking for a platform that gives you greater freedom to develop your business without having to build an agency infrastructure from the ground up.
n
You are self‐motivated, commercially minded and capable of working with limited supervision. You take ownership of your clients, prospecting, relationships and results.
n
You will have:
n
Relevant experience or established relationships within Clements International's service areas
n
Proven ability to prospect, appraise, list, negotiate and close residential property transactions
n
Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‐building skills
n
A commitment to consistent client communication and genuine follow‐up
n
The ability to create and develop your own listing opportunities
n
A qualified and ethical approach to business
n
Strong organisation and campaign management skills
n
A current driver licence and reliable vehicle
n
An established company or appropriate company structure through which you can operate
n
An ABN and appropriate business insurances
n
The ability to operate independently, responsibly and with a high degree of accountability
