We're opening an exciting new MECCA store in Macquarie , and we're looking for passionate leaders to help bring it to life from day one.

We're looking for two Part-Time Zone Managers (20 hours per week) to join our leadership team and help launch our newest store.
n
Our Macquarie store is expected to open in the final quarter of ****, with onboarding and training commencing ahead of opening.
n
As part of our leadership team, you'll be a guardian of the MECCA customer experience —leading with purpose, developing your team, and bringing MECCA magic to life every day.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example
n
Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day
n
Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence
n
Foster an inclusive, engaged and high-performing team culture
n
Support the successful launch of our newest Rouse Hill store
n
n




What success looks like in this role:

Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
n
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
n
Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
n
n
Requirement of the role:

Availability to work late evenings and weekends
n
To support the needs of our current store, we're looking for candidates who are available to work one of the following weekly patterns:

Role 1:
n
Sunday, Monday and either Tuesday or Thursday
n
Role 2:
n
Thursday, Friday and Saturday
