Job Description
Eastern Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate Bereavement Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering specialist bereavement support to individuals, families and carers navigating grief and loss. The Bereavement Program is a core component of our service and comprises layers of formal and informal, universal and specialist supports.
