THE ROLE
n
n
Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major three-storey education project.
n
Supervise and coordinate site activities from mobilisation through to completion.
n
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project plans, specifications and quality requirements.




n
Monitor project progress, program and site productivity.
n
Coordinate deliveries, installation and construction activities associated with modular building components.
n
Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures.
n
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
n
Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimise delays.
n
Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
n
Assist with site documentation, reporting, inspections and project records.
n
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are delivered to the required standard.
n
Maintain a well-organised, safe and productive construction site.
n
Support the project team through to successful practical completion and handover.

YOU
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Foreman within commercial construction.
n
Strong experience delivering commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion.
n
Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination.
n
Experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
n
Strong knowledge of WHS requirements and construction quality standards.
n
Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
n
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
n
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive site performance.
n
Modular or prefabricated construction experience highly regarded.
