About the Role
n
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader, you will act as a strategic recruitment partner to business leaders,



delivering high-quality talent acquisition solutions that support business performance and growth.
n
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building strong stakeholder relationships, creating talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
n

Partner with leaders on workforce planning, hiring needs, and talent strategies
n
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse national portfolio
n
Build talent pipelines and proactively source high-quality candidates
n
Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions
n
Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
n
Drive continuous improvement through talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment analytics
n

About You
n
We're looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused talent professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes.

To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruitment Business Partner, or similar role
n
Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment
n
Strong stakeholder management, influencing,



and business partnering skills
n
Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent across multiple channels
n
Knowledge of contemporary talent attraction strategies and recruitment technologies
n
Strong organisational skills with a data-driven approach and ability to manage competing priorities
