Seeking an experienced Food Technologist to cover maternity leave
n
Casual contract till mid December **** (4 months)

Fulltime hours, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Assist with new product development and product improvement projects
n
Conduct factory and laboratory trials
n
Support product formulation and recipe development
n
Analyse trial results and prepare technical reports
n
Maintain accurate product specifications and
documentationCollaborate
with Quality, Production, and cross-functional teams
n
Ensure products meet food safety,



quality, and regulatory requirements
n
n
About You:
n
n
Tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related discipline
n
Must have prior experience as a Food Technologist in a manufacturing workplace
n
Porven experience in product development and hands-on bench top experience
n
Strong technical understanding of food science principles
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
n
Available to commence immediately
