Our client is a well-established and growing organisation seeking an experienced Sales & Customer Service Account Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
n
Respond to inbound sales and customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
n
Identify opportunities to increase sales and grow customer accounts
n
Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions
n
Provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
n
Follow up leads, quotes, and client requests in a timely manner
n
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
n




Contribute to business growth through proactive account management and relationship building
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Client Services, Sales Support or a similar customer-facing role
n
A proven ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
n
Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
n
An exceptional phone manner and confidence speaking with clients throughout the day
n
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive approach with excellent follow-through
n
Experience using Salesforce or a CRM system will be highly regarded
n
