Your Role
n
This position focuses on graphic design and customer service support, ensuring every job is professionally designed, files are set-up correctly and ready for seamless print production.
n




Learn how to manage the technical side of print projects while helping customers bring creative concepts to life—delivering polished artwork and an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
n
Your daily responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and guiding clients through artwork requirements
n
Liaising with clients to clarify briefs, resolve artwork issues and recommend practical print solutions
n
Pre-flighting and preparing client-supplied files for professional printing
n
Setting up artwork correctly for various print applications (bleed, trim, colour profiles, resolution and imposition)
n
Identifying and resolving file issues before they impact production timelines
n
Completing artwork amendments and ensuring brand consistency
n
Designing marketing materials, promotional products, signage and other print collateral when required
n
Maintaining organised file management and workflow systems
n
Supporting the Print Production team by delivering accurate, press-ready files along with production where required
n
Print & Finishing (as required) Over time gain familiarity with our print and finishing equipment to provide additional support to the team
n

develop and grow.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Intermediate – expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential). Additionally, intermediate to advanced skills in Canva would be highly regarded, but not essential.
n
Photography and videography skills for use across our social media and website marketing would be highly regarded, though not essential.
n
Strong understanding of best practices for preparing print-ready artwork.
n
An strong level of attention to detail — you spot what others miss
n
A willingness to learn the art of print production – colour management, bleed, trim, resolution, print specifications, print processes, stock types & finishing techniques.
n
A mature mindset with a calm, solutions-focused approach
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
n
Robust communication skills and a commitment to high quality outcomes
n
Minimum 2+ years' experience with graphic design / pre-press / Customer service
n

What We Offer
n
We offer an excellent remuneration package, well above industry standards, with a base salary of between $55,000 & $70,000 pa (pro rata) to be confirmed, based on experience.
n
This is a part-time position, working four days per week. 30.4 hours per week. Flexible schedule are available
n
