About the role
n
We are seeking an AssociateDirector, Bid Manager to join Knight Frank's Growth function and lead complexAsset Management bids from opportunity through to submission and presentation. Partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts, you will createcompelling, solution-led proposals that
supportretentionandgrowth.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Lead the end-to-end management ofmultiple bids, ensuring high-quality submissions are
deliveredcompliantlyandwithin
requiredtimeframes.
n
Analyse tender
documentationtoidentifykey
requirements,
evaluationcriteriaandstrategic
opportunities to maximise success.
n
Engage and coordinate seniorstakeholders and subject matter experts, providing clear direction
andensuringtimelydelivery
of content and inputs.
n
Develop compelling, client-focusedproposals,



case studies and presentation materials that clearly articulatevalue propositions and win themes.
n
Establish and manage projectplans, governance
processes,reviewsand
approval milestones toensure
submissionsremainon
track.
n
Contribute to the ongoingenhancement of bid management
frameworks,governanceandbest
-practice processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
