Your Role as an Educator
n
As part of our team, you will:

Create engaging, responsive learning environments
n
Build strong, genuine relationships with children and families
n
Observe, document and celebrate children's milestones and "wow" moments
n
Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver high-quality educational programs
n
Contribute to a culture of reflection, growth, and continuous improvement
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
n
A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
Willingness to complete required Child Safe Training
n
Availability to work a rotating roster (full-time hours)
n
A genuine passion for early childhood education and aligned values
